We believe everyone should have access to competent counsel. Here’s the process.

You sign a retainer.

Once we have received a signed contract, we will get to work preparing your case. Sandman Law pays all up-front expenses, filing costs, expert fees etc.

We collect information.

An attorney from our office reaches out to you to collect the information and documents needed to substantiate your claim.

We file your case.

We reach out to Defendants to determine whether they are interested in settling your case. If they are not, we file a complaint in state or federal court.

We distribute the recovery.

If we succeed at trial, in mediation, or during pre-trial settlement talks, we collect payment from Defendants, deduct our fee and expenses, and disburse to you the net settlement proceeds. If there is no recovery, you owe nothing.
